We offer Beginner and Advanced Rec classes to help athletes learn at their own level:
-
Beginner Rec: CanSkip Levels 1–4

No previous experience is required for Beginner Rec, and athletes can progress at their own pace in a fun and supportive environment.

Pre-Competitive Level

This invite-only program focuses on skill development, drill-based training, competitive events, and building the confidence and discipline needed for competition.

Athletes must have completed at least one NJR recreational session, passed CanSkip Levels 1–4, and demonstrate coachability, independence, enthusiasm, and consistent effort.
