2026 Northern Pre-Season Workshop
Our second annual Northern Pre-Season Workshop was held in Carling, ON. We had 3 guest jump rope instructors, a gymnastic coach, and a sport med doctor help make this weekend a success!
Synchronized Skating Jump Rope Workshop
NJR Crew ran a mini workshop with Eurythmy Synchro, teaching the skaters foundational jump rope skills.
2026 Summer Camps
The summer of 2026 we ran 3 successful summer camp weeks. Stephanie Weeks and Madison Robertson were the coaches who made this possible.
2025 Northern Pre-Season Workshop
Our first annual Northern Pre-Season Workshop was held in Carling, ON. We had 3 guest instructors to help make this weekend a success!
Nova Scotia Workshops
Stephanie has travelled to Nova Scotia 3 times to aid Jump Energy in teaching jump rope across numerous schools. Throughout our time there we also helped run practices with 2 of the Nova Scotia teams!
First Business Anniversary
Celebrating 1 year of True North Strength and Northern Jump Rope Crew we got our community together for a night of food, drinks, and connection. All to celebrate those who are part of this community and make it possible for us to provide what we do!
